Choose to pay when you pick up the item in store. The product will be reserved for you for up to 5 days, and you will receive an email when the product is available for collection. The item can be reserved for longer after agreement with us.
Products
When an item is out of stock, it says "Can be left noted" and means that the item is either on its way in, or that it is being ordered for you. If the item is ordered for you, the item needs to be paid for before ordering, for higher amounts a down payment can be placed on 30% and the rest upon delivery.
14 days open purchase
Your right of withdrawal (the withdrawal period) is valid for 14 days. Your message to us must clearly state that you regret it. The cooling-off period begins on the day you received the item or a substantial part of it. Contact us at info@flcycling.se or use the contact form.
You do not have the right of withdrawal if:
The product must be unopened for the right of withdrawal to apply.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to ordered goods of products that are not in the standard range, and not special orders and hand-built wheels/bikes.
When you have exercised your right of withdrawal:
You are obliged to keep the item in the same good condition as when you received it. You may not use it, but of course carefully examine it. If the product is damaged or lost due to your carelessness, you lose the right of cancellation.

Shipping
We reserve the right to ship with the company that has the best terms for your product.
We try to send smaller packages that fit in the mailbox as letters.
Delivery confirmation after order.
In the case of cash on delivery and uncollected goods, we reserve the right to charge you costs for return shipping, handling fees and handling fees.
Packaging for returns or complaints
In order for us to fulfill our obligations under the warranty agreement, we will require you to return certain products to us for inspection and/or repair. It can also involve entire bicycles. Therefore, save the packaging and reuse it in the event of a return. We do not compensate for damage caused by incorrect packaging.
RETURNS
Returns are at your own expense, except if the item is defective or if we have packed it incorrectly. Returns must be sent as a letter or package, not cash on delivery. In the case of exchanges, we pay the new shipping from us to you.
When you have exercised your right of withdrawal, you must, if it concerns a product: send or return it to us.

Repayment obligation:
We shall, if you have exercised your right of cancellation, refund what you have paid for the goods as soon as possible or at the latest within 30 days from the day we received the goods or, if it is a service, the notification that you have canceled. You must pay the return costs yourself when you send the item back. We always pay the return cost for sending back so-called replacement goods.

Bicycles
All our bikes are delivered checked and adjusted. When buying a bike, free service is included for the first owner. Valid as long as you keep the bike. Service includes inspection and replacement of wearing parts, maintenance of wheels, inspection of bearings, screws and general condition of the bicycle. Any parts are not included, nor are dampers and forks included in the free service.
Demo products
we offer certain demo products where you as a customer can borrow and try for an agreed time. In case of any damage beyond general wear and tear or theft, compensation is paid by the customer when returning the product.
PRIVATE POLICY
When you place your order with us, you provide your personal data. In connection with your registration and order, you agree that we store and use your data in our business to fulfill the agreement with you. According to the Personal Data Act, you have the right to receive the information we have registered about you. If it is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you can request that the information be corrected or removed. In that case, contact us by e-mail.
