FREE SERVICE
With us, service is always included with the bike, in order for it to be in top condition and function optimally, maintenance is required.
Service includes brake and gear adjustment, inspection of wheels, inspection of steering bearings and crank bearings. General check of the bike.
GUARANTEE
Mondraker offers a lifetime warranty on frames. Provided the bike is registered within 3 months of purchase. This is done on Mondraker's website, with the receipt you receive upon purchase.
For warranty on components, we follow the warranty from the respective manufacturer.

Booking a bike
Contact us to book your bike, we take a deposit of 10% which you get back if you cancel at least 30 days before the scheduled delivery.
The amount is then deducted from the total amount when you pick up your bike.
